Why Choose Myofascial Release for Pain?

Myofascial release is one of the massage approaches used at Morando Manual Orthopedic. If you experience muscle tension or back and neck discomfort, we can discuss whether it fits your goals and comfort.

What Is Myofascial Release?

Myofascial techniques use sustained pressure and gentle movements around muscles and connective tissue, known as fascia. Pressure is adjusted to your feedback. The aim is to work with areas of tension, rather than promise to permanently change tissue or correct the cause of pain.

What Benefits Might You Notice?

Some people find massage helpful for discomfort or relaxation. Results vary, and relief may be short-lived. Myofascial release is not guaranteed to work better than other approaches or to resolve persistent symptoms.

Comfort and Movement

We can discuss areas that feel tight and movements you find uncomfortable, then adapt the session. Massage does not guarantee changes in posture, alignment, inflammation, or mobility.

A Session Tailored to You

Sal Morando selects techniques based on your goals, relevant health history, and feedback. You can request a change in pressure or stop a technique at any time. We can review your response before discussing further appointments.
